Story

Arkham's Docklands 1932:
In Arkham Harbor, in the darkest and most secluded spot, the old warehouses are left to rot. No ships pass there anymore. No man crosses Pier 13.

Although so close to the city, the air changes noticeably approaching the old pier. The waters are muddy. Moss and lichen have begun to eat away what is left of the monstrous structure.

Only the old harbormaster will be found walking around there. Indeterminate age, should be over 70 but doesn't even look 40. If you catch him, you'll see him talking to himself. Muttering gibberish and swearing at passers-by. To tell stories about giant aquatic lizards, ancient gods that dwell under the pier, about the deal he has made with one of them to keep him 'fed' so he doesn't bother him on his walks.

Arkham City 2019:
You have just been notified of your next shipment. Go pick up the package of stolen goods that your leader hid in the warehouse.
The old warehouse, on Dock 13, Arkham Harbor, in the darkest and most secluded place.
